Got this recipe from my younger sister.YOU'LL NEED:
1 large onion(shreded on a grater)
Salt(to taste)
10 Pepper corns(grounded)
1ts corn flour.
11/2 cups of water
METHOD:
Put the onion in to the water and boil for 20mins on low heat(cover the pot!)
Add the pepper corns and salt, after 5 mins take it off the heat and strain it, get rid of the chaff and put it back on the heat. mix the corn flour in to a paste and gently add it to the soup, keep stirring till it thickens then take it off the heat and allow it to cool, you can eat this with bread or alone.You can also add chopped mushrooms to this if you like it chewy.
