BUNS!!!

YOU'LL NEED:
2cups of flour(sieved)
1ts of yeast
1 egg(whisked)
1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of water.
METHOD:
Put the flour,yeast and sugar in a bowl,add the water and gently mix, the fold in the egg, cover the batter with cling film and keep in a warm place for 1-2hrs,this will result in a batter that has risen, give it another gentle mix,the heat some oil,and begin to fry the batter in dollops,you can take the dollops out of the oil when they turn brown. sprinkle the finished buns with sugar and enjoy ;)
